open up the key fob look at the circuit board push the button switch's they should have a positive click feel
switch on the left looks OK.
if the look like the switch on the right the switch is faulty and will need replacing/repairing
go to a scrappy and find another fob,
the fob wont work on your car !
But you can either get the broken switch replaced from one off the scrappy fob,
or if you are carfull you can strip down the switch while its on the board and replace the broken bits within the switch
use a pin to leaver the tab on the side of the switch
don't go to wild as the metal will bend easy
lift off metal clamp and remove parts within the switch
be warned the metal disk in the bottom of the switch only fits 1 way round this is the bit that "clicks" spring return
just strip a good switch and replace the broken worn out rubber finger press piece
