Veg Offers October 2013
#91
Prices like that make me want to use veg again. Only reason I don't is I don't see the point in having a tuned XUD then using fuel that makes it slower.

I kbow that feeling from when I had the Skoda lol

It's bad, but driving a decent petrol turbo is so satisfying after being in DERV's for five years!

Uhhh... Angel

On a positive note my 200's blown a water feed to turbo so I can't spend any money driving it anywhere. Blush

I know! When I go down there I have a tank full and then another 60 litres on the back seat, it's dearer than derv in Cornwall!

Here's my porch after fillling the tank...

It's usually down to how good the harvest was.
or how good the harvest of other plant oils has been.

It spiked to well over a quid a litre a couple of years ago when the sunflower harvest failed in the Ukraine (or something like that)
So I'm guessing everyone had a good year and there's more oil to go around.

Also I think there's less industrial use, less people converting it to bio as newer cars won't run it and the number of cars that can gets lower every year.

Works out at £1 per litre which is ok for the high street I guess. I may get some so when my pump is on I have some cheap fuel lol

Well it's currently 3 degrees outside and the car is starting to frost over, there's nothing but 60 litres of cheapo soya oil in the tank (filled it today and forgot to leave any room for a couple of litres of petrol), and I have a 7am start...

What do we reckon, am I getting the bus to work?
