Seat Cleaning
#1
So ive had my rear seats out for a week or two now to maoe sure I could fit some parts in the back. Went to refit them today but thought I would give them a deep clean with the carpet cleaner. The next time I buy any car I will strip the seats out and make sure they are cleaned properly first.

This is the colour of the water from just the back seats Sad

One car of mine gave me four buckets of black water and one green, before clear water.
The cars interior looked clean before starting as well!

There's dirtier places than seats....look at the indicator stalk....they are usually covered in 10 years of skin! Confused

Also I anti-bacterialise the whole interior when I buy a car... lol

lol i try and give my new cars a thorough going over MCM style, gas mask and all, but i'm probably going to have to use a full can of vanish spray on my headlining, it's black with years of bald head rubbing on the roof...eeerrrrggh

I normaly just use a Steam pressure washer, I find the carpet cleaner stretches the fabric

Ah cool, for one car would 1L of cleaning solution be enough? Or does it need more?
Sunday night brain... should've asked this all in one post ffs!

1L of concentrate would do a whole interior easily.

I love doing seats to just see what comes out...even a 'clean' seat comes back dirty!!

and +1 on the stalks and controls...some cars you need a scraper to start the clean Puke
Wishes for more power...
