It appears I'v exceeded my bandwidth and so images aren't appearing on forums and like heck I'm paying! Is it just a case of deleting pics to "fix it?"

I'v had the account for years and id say I only upload maybe less than 30 photos a month. And it's purely just for forum use so the number of views would be pretty low as theres only a couple of forums I'm regular on. If anything im on less forums than I was.
