I never understand why Kwik-Fit always use the "Well I can't let you drive it away like that" speech. I went in for a tyre once because it was the only place open on a Sunday and he tried that with me over a split CV gaiter, I just asked him what legal power he had to keep my car and he ummed and aahed, so I asked what he would do if I decided to take my keys by force....

He gave me the keys lol
