right i just finshed rebuiling my new engine and its got a bad diesel knock oil is fine it matches up to tdc perfectly i just bought new injectors and its still doing it, the pump is a 11mm bosch could it be the internals in the pump as if u leave it to idle for a bit it dies cheers http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nLJR0HQKP...seR6OECScw

Why did you start a new thread? You already have another thread and in that thread a couple of us have said potential injector knock

Fair enough. However he could have just carried on the other thread. leaves more information about his problem and previous thoughts in one place
