hdi convertible
#1
just seen this on ebay and was wondering if anybody on here knows anything about it or has seen it before? maybe where the engine came from (miles etc) and who converted it or anything else really. the advert is very vague and doesnt give the impression that the current owner had it done or knows too much about it.

By any chance were you the professional mechanic who was responsible for putting together all the phase 2 306s? It might explain all the bits of trim falling off.

You all take the piss but this is technically true.

To be a professional at something you have to do it as your profession (your day job). As I used to be a full time mechanic I can without hint of a lie say that I used to be a professional mechanic.

Not really, "professional" is used to signify qualifications. Just because I go on the Internet every day doesn't mean I'm a professional Internet user.

I thought to be classed as a professional you just had to be paid to do it.

this is indeed true . . . . .in other words you can still be useless and be called a professional if you can find someone stupider than yourself willing to pay you . . .lol . . . . . . .

Yeah and in the scheme of things (especially where ebay is concerned) this is probably the meaning of professional.

IMO its gotta be pretty bad for there to be no engine bay pics
