the rear dont work but i know this is a common and need to change the relay. the front work but only on one speed and if i turn them off they wont complete the sweep and just stop were ever they are. any ideas welcome.

Front motor either needs opening up, cleaning and regreasing or replacing. You'll know if it needs changing the moment you open it up, if one of the three thin contact fingers is broken (very likely) then it's had it.
