Jonny's GT20s HDi Estate
So this is long overdue an update, basically I rebuilt the engine, fitted it up and went in for the MOT just the day before leaving for Germany. On the ramp, we noticed an oil leak so I checked the level when I got back. Oil consumption was calculated at about 1 litre to 12 miles :/ So we took Fooby's GTi instead lol

The reason for the leak was that I'd failed at installing the rubber seals for the main bearing cap that makes up the block by the flywheel. Having now sorted that, I've got it all back together and holding oil! Roll on Pugfest Big Grin

Lol nimrods weigh as much as the moon, sod that on something thats meant to handle. Good to see this back using more fuel than it does oil. lol
