(This post was last modified: 05-03-2013, 06:50 PM by puglove .)
Right got a massive issue with my bosch and cant get hold of ruan so...
My bosch wont pump fuel . when cranked over it wont pump any fuel through the injecter lines, iv taken the lines off and there is the slightest dribble from where the lines meet the pump.
Now iv taken the Stop solinoid plunger out as advised by ruan , still the tinyest dribble, so iv taken the stop solinoid out completly and when cranked over fuel comes out the solinoid housing? WTF is going on with this pump???

Are there any chips or bits of bacon stuck in the fuel lines?
Sorry for not being helpful...

Wonder if a seal etcs gone and there's no enough pressure, or vane pumps seized.. Mine did a similar thing but the shaft inside snapped and was only squirting like a little kid..

Give it a full turn and then see if it pumps fuel, if it does, tighten up the unions and then try and start, just be ready on the clutch in 5th just in case..

You slackened the fuel banjo off at the back of the pump to see if diesel is getting in?
Have you used a Bosch bracket
