looking into the stage1 remap. Any recommendations on exhausts? Not looking for anything loud just to suit the re-map ? This was recommended by someone called Steve Lewis? I need a new exhaust anyway and will be de-cat'ing it next week!

Standard will be fine, just take the baffles out the cat and weld it back up

For a simple and fairly cheap system go for Decat -> Standard middle section -> Another middle section
There's a guide in the guides section about it

The Hoffmann stuff is cheap on eBay, you can get a decat / straight-thru mid section relatively cheap, then it's just your choice of backbox really.
I want to add the centre section when I actually have some bloody money!
Disclaimer: The above is not to be taken to heart and is probably a joke, grow up you big girl.

Dont use the standard backbox, its almost as restrictive as the cat. Ive got a double midbox and decat - isnt very restrictive, sounds good but not too loud and is uber-cheap to boot.

You can do it cheap, or go for a full straight through system, they sound way better but it is a fair bit more money!
Doesnt even own a 306.
