I have one. Same one your Bosch pump came off Wink I may have f*cked something in the gearbox a couple days ago though so err yeah. The clutch arm was stuck while trying to remove the gearbox, pry bay + force and something has gone screwy. Looks to be near that white plastic bit on the bottom of the 'box.

EDIT: Needs a water pump though.

So there's notiong wrong with the engine? Just the gbox?

Yep. Only reason I broke it was because the water pump went dodgy and the cambelt started rubbing on the covers, didn't slip though. Other problems like the beam meant it wasn't worth fixing. Still in the car atm as have no means of getting it out although if you fancy doing the subframe method I'll help.

It's just the engine too, have just sold the PAS pump. Alternator is still about though and have the aux pulley and tensioner still.

Gearbox might be fixable, must be a reason they have that white plastic cover down there.

Although the wallye PAS pump might fit, both XU blocks without A/C

Sure it can be sorted. What sort of money are you looking for?

Tbh, make me an offer. I was expecting to just leave it in there with the shell. £50?

As I said though, will need removing from the car and I don't mind helping.
