I have a manual boost controller put onto my turbo. Ill be fitting the boost gauge in the next couple of days. But dors anyone know what psi it will be making as standard?

around 12-13psi I think? Been so long since going in a stock diesel
 Your boost may be limited by your fuelling OR your wastegate ...

Aye, 12 to 14psi is standard. With your pump its gona be the wastegate limiting boost!!! If I were you I'd fit the boost gauge first then the mbc so that you know what you're running!
Gov modded 11mm Bosch + Standard turbo = 137.2bhp . . . . TD04 now in...time to get playing!
