Thanks for the info on the compbrake mounts; I've just pinged the bloke an email about his topmounts to see what he comes back with. may see if he can offer a couple of years' guarantee on them or something. Also asked for group buy prices too, so I'll start an interest thread up when I've got more info....

I'm getting Gaz adjustables and eccentric topmounts; they are a direct fit providing you specify the correct spring top-cup when ordering. There's a part number floating around on the '6 forum IIRC.

That or ask PompeyMark; he's got Gaz adjustables with compbrake topmounts, so is well placed to answer any queries!!

Oh no, irrespective of what mounts you use you'll have to drill an extra hole (unless you use thos porno baker ones)... Does that really matter though??

Can I also add that if you can't drill a hole in some metal then you probably shouldn't be fitting suspension components to your car
