Should be fine then mate, aslong as you're keeping it standard.
Personally id go for a valeo for around the £100 mark but thats me.

More or less the same thing anyway, people have ordered Valeo clutches to find LUK stickers on them and vice versa.
Thanks, I would have gone with Valeo but LUK was the only one available at ECP.

LuK and Valeo should be around the same. I went with Valeo on mine but I know people who have run LuK for years with 275lbft on a stage 2 with only very mild slip in 5th gear under high load, occasionally.
So they are absolutely fine for standard, stage 1 and stage 2 with limited torque, and if you are gentle, high ish torque stage 2 Dave
Just to update this thread, I found the original clutch fitted from the factory was a LUK clutch.
Not bad considering the clutch had done 300K miles.

Not sure if its a coincidence, but every time I hear of/see a release bearing exploded, it always seems to be high miler LUKs! It's what we fitted to Sams car, and I'd guess it'll be fine for another 100k miles, but I just thought it was odd that it seems to be the LUK ones that do it!
