Gear change noise

Hi first gear and revers are a bit difficult to get in gear, i have made a short movie when i use clutch and changing gears is it normal with that much sound on gear linkage? and on the picture with red cirkle on it has the lever cracked?

That bit with the circle on it isn't that part of a spring mechanism ?? If it's hard to get into gear maybe it's the linkage worn or maybe the synchro ??
