So I changed all my seals etc and now noticed my car is missing, I have boost again but it grinds at 3krpm any ideas?

My bad was rushed, Injector seals the copper rings and the little gay washers..
Runs lumpy and misses, also grinds at 3-4k rpm

Did you torque the injectors up correctly where is the grinding coming from?

Yeah I did, now coming to think of it this started happening when I changed the clutch..
Also the missing must have been air which has been flushed out because theres no longer any missing
