30psi easily enough some hav seen more but clutch has slipped depending how old or used the clutch is. What you have to bear in mind though is most small petrol turbos aren't designed for high boost some cope upto around 15-20psi for reliability. I'm currently running a T25 it's said not run over 15psi I'm running at 30 and just lost an oil seal. But if it's not past 20 they don't seem to move xuds quickly

There are many different variants of the TD04 from different cars but most seem to use the TD04l 13t from an impreza

I've got a KO4 on mine which is awesome but rapes the clutch at 30psi. Reduced the fuel to 22psi nowhere to help save the clutch. Probably on the same level as a TDO4 but just more expensive.
Paddle clutch on its way though.

I've said it before and I'll say it again,
big boost != big power
its not all about pressure, my d-turbo was probably around 20ish psi and was as quick as my 6, (T25 turbo, 11mm modded pump et etc) its all about flowing the air, lots in lots out and lots of fuel in and burnt!!
but yeah in response to your original question td04 13t from impreza are the ones people fitted a lot, but there are many many other turbos you can make fit with a bit of searching

Agree Kernow, been saying it for years... Get everything flowing well before giving it silly boost.
I only run my GT25 at 25psi.
