safe colours ...... white, black, silver, anthrecite.
get noticed colours...... orange, lime green and if you want to look a twwat then pink.
imo i would keep it safe. always looks better just looking tidy.

depends how you drive it.. keep it looking standard..ish from a distance and you'll slip past the 5-0 without them paying much attention.
make it stand out, then drive quickly and you'll get noticed, and before you know it, you'll be being pulled over regularly.
From a purely aesthetic point of view, go with white IMO

Got to be a nice metallic silver, maybe a bit brighter than standard.
Unless it's a diesel, as I'm quickly learning, silver wheels are a bit pointless, they seem to get caked in black stuff.
