Get well soon mate. Know how you feel. My last big bike crash was pretty similar. f*cked up on trails dropped about 10ft but fortunately I landed on my head and only broke one arm although I was unconscious for ages.

Thanks a lot for all the kind messages. Still in hospital waiting for an operation which should hopefully happen tomorrow.
I have shattered the cup/socket part of my left elbow joint whch means the ball part has nowhere to locate, and I have also broken both bones in my right arm pretty much at the wrist joint and also the small bone which goes from my wrist to my thumb.
The wrist should be a fairly easy fix but the elbow will require specialist attention and probably a prosthetic joint.
I obviously won't be driving for a while but I am still planning to come to FCS, assuming there are no complications with the operation/healing etc.
Anyway its taken me over 30 minutes to type all this with one finger on my phone. So a massive thanks again to everybody that has commented. Feel free to give me a call if you want a chat - O7867657O24

Went and saw Dan! last night at hospital with jake 
Had a few laughs, managed to brake the hospital TV AND the phone, oops
Also, hospital beds go incredibly high
