i think its the other way round. 2 inlet and one bigger exhaust valve a bit like mickey mouse...

A Bosch VE or a Delphi-Lucas EPIC...

That's why you find so many 2.1 12vs in scrap yards with the EPIC pumps, because they always fail. They're ECU controlled, radial-rotary and shit.
