Just a few questions.
First, with black masking crystals, I'm assuming that people use a matt black paint, wondering if a gloss black would work just as well or if anyone has or seen what it would like in graphite (rims are going to be that colour, so it would match them)
Also, they almost, slightly, nearly, kind of, dont fit in the oven (which is how i've heard you separate them), is there any other options?
Cheers

use whatever paint you want, gloss or matt is fine
other options are heat gun or if you have depo's then you may be lucky with a hot hair dryer

Brilliant cheers, so I would have to hold a hair dryer over it for about half an hour then! What do you mean by depo? is that a make?
Might have to get vengeful with a hammer

Yes depo is the make if you have got valeo you will probly struggle to open them with a hair dryer if you have depos it can be done with hair dryer just heat a section at a time and gently prise them open as i did in them pictures

just be more patient with a heat gun, then ease the lens out, don't force it!.

lowest setting possible for the oven and leave them in for like 20 mins ish (until they are nearly too hot to touch) and then use a heat gun to keep it warm where the glue is
