Slight exhaust issue

Last few days I have been enjoying the sound of the turbo spooling up with the windows open when its warm (as you do...) however it occured to me that its louder that I thought it was.

So I looked under and it appears I have a bit a leak from the front of the Cat. i.e. just after the down pipe goes in the cat.

Will add photos as not sure what damage this will set me back - any ideas?

It does sound meatier lol I swear top end is better although its probably my inner teen making the bad thing seem good.

18" is the ideal length of an exhaust for a turbo vehicle so I'm told

I have a front section of exhaust at home with no cat off an older car that would be a direct swap for the broken section with the cat in, if you want it then drop me a PM
