Headlamp Trim Removal
#1
306 HDI year2000. Does anyone know how to remove the trim strips that are under the headlights, without breaking the clip thingies. There are 2 clips and a tongue by the look of it, and the clips look like they need squeezing in. Is there a special tool I need, or how is it done?

Thanks

There's no special tool, just get behind them and squeeze the two ends together.

Thanks Poodle.

Dur, what an idiot. I was trying to get at them with the bumper on. I removed the bumper, and yeah, I was then able to get behind and squeeze them. I am an idiot sometimes.
