Anyone used a HC Test Kit before?

Has anyone used one of those HC testers to see if the head gasket is blown? If so any good?

Its a liquid you put into a container pump the air in the top of the coolant tank through the liquid and it should change colour if exhaust gases are present.

Yes have one and used a few times very good if used properly

Hydro carbon tester or something?? Yer they are berry effective and pick up the slightly leak! Used it couple times where there has been minimal symptoms and caught it early.
