What do you work as?

Question
Just curious as to what everyone does for a living, wondered how many people are actually trained as mechanics and how many have taught themselves?

I just work in accounts so nothing exciting Rofl Most of the time im just daydreaming about what id love to attempt on cars if I had the money, especially after reading some of the project threads!
1st project- Red Peugeot 306 DTurbo 1998
2nd project- Silver BMW E38 1999- Sold
Daily- Black Mitsubishi L200 Series 5

This thread comes up every so often but ill entertain it once again.

Im a technical consultant working for IBM in the devops space. Thats deploying code written by developers to servers and eventually production etc.
Parents have no interest in cars. I just played need for speed underground 2 as a kid and that was that! Was given a 1.4 306 by my grandparents as a first car and then just kept buying them whenever they broke or whenever there was a bargain or upgrade to be had.

Self taught on everything I know really. Built my beach buggy all by myself and learnt a lot doing that. The 306 resto will be a test of how much I've learnt
