As titled, this is for sale - for rules sake open to offers around £600 - or it'll be broken for spares.
This has been a project build for the last 12 months or so and has been done all by myself and a friend.
The intention of this build was to be an ultimate sleeper - the car has a small side on bump results in a damaged bumper and wing. This was then repaired by myself, and put through it's MOT last April where it passed first time.
The full project can be found here: http://www.306oc.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?tid=34276
Since the MOT, the following work has been carried out:
1.9 XUD engine from a Peugeot 406
9mm bosch (untouched)
Inline fuel filter and new hand primer
New cambelt, water pump etc.
New water temp sensor fitted and gauge in cabin
Boost gauge in cabin
Relocated battery and marine grade 26mm cabling to rear
Running 205 drivetrain
Rh5 Turbo from a Ford ranger
2" custom manifold exahust through to OEM exhaust (as so to fit OEM turbo if required
2" intake piping and FMIC
266mm front brake upgrade
40mm lowering springs on front
14" steelies all round
There's a list of repairs which were carried out to get this MOT ready last year, small things - washer jets, wipers, bulbs etc. but all is order now and has been for past year.
Going forwards, the following work could be considered:
- Installation of a slimeline fan or fan of somekind - currently, temps are fine and has no issues warming up or giving hot/cold air into the cabin.
- Respray - as said, the exterior isn't in 'bad' condition, but if you're looking for a clean example, the exterior is not it - the interior on the other hand is very tidy and comfortable. Very clean and well kept.
- A decent tuning on the fuel pump and turbo setup - this is something i'll be doing in the meantime to get it to drive as intended.
- Exhaust wrap - i've purchased the exhaust wrap and have yet to fit.
- Fresh MOT - again, i'll be considering putting a fresh ticket onto it in the near future unless there's purchase/collection of this beforehand.
- Air filter for turbo - again, is something which is in pipeline - filter is here, yet to fit (all loose cables are cable tied)
Any questions of queries, don't hesitate to ask.
