see i like these i had one back in the days where I was a wee lurker on the forums. Id say £30-50 posted out. Its a genuine non used item just not that sought after.

I have one of these on mine, except it has a 3rd brake light in it.
I think the plates are bonded to the screen, then you bolt the spoiler to them.

Oh, and just to add, there is a similar, aftermarket spoiler that is very ugly with more angular lines which is more max power. The genuine Peugeot ones are a lot less offensive. I like mine a lot.
