Bosch Pump Question
#1
Guys,

Can anyone please confirm if the Bosch set up on a 1991 Citroen BX TZD 1.8 diesel turbo is the same as the set ups for a 1.9 XUD? Wasn't too sure with it being a different engine size.

Thanks.

It has a strange looking vacuum/boost operated advance control at a guess, which I've never seen before, probs work but it is a little different to what I've seen over the years Smile

Just a water operated cold start mech - tips in more advance than hole coolant is cold

ahhh yes, could see it was going to the advance doohicky, should have realised that was coolant from the diameter of the pipes, not seen that before, be easy enough to plumb in then i imagine . . .  Smile

Should be fine, no need to hook up the cold start mechanism either.

Purely and simply because i wasn't working the weighbridge at the time and by the time i realised the car was here it had been certified already Sad
