My bets would be on an ECU problem - if it 'may' have been originally a eleectrical fault, could have lead to some frying on the chip...

but definitely snap it off him for scrap value - if worse comes to worse, cash it in..

I'm betting ECU, or maybe fuelling, ie injectors/pump? The easiest way to fix either problem is to just swap the V6 from Scott's 406 into it... Wink

Nah, I like my cars simples! Too much effort/money involved with a V6 conversion!

On another note, if I got this I'd be looking at temporary insurance. I can get this with my current insurer for 28 days at a time, but I'm wondering if it's worth the fully comp, or just TTFT?
