Didn't know where to put this,
Girlfriends 206 is playing up, heaters do not blow, on any setting. Haven't done since we've had the car, with winter approaching I need to sort it.
It's a 206 1.6 xsi
Heaters do not work
Changes direction freely
Doesn't light up (not sure if supposed to)
Things to check, heater resister? Anyone know where the f*ck it is? I thought it was inside the cabin?
Blower motor itself? Although no apparent heat is coming though, windscreen would still clear towards bottom even if motor has gone?
Fuses? Which fuses am I looking at?
I've tried to pull stuff from Google, but honestly, it's all shite. And no help whatsoever
You guys are normally great at this, thanks in advance

Start with fuse and work way to motor. Relays can be a bastard for melting/breaking down I've had it in both mine. Motor is easy to test just get a battery power earth see if it spins.

Moved to a more appropriate section for you dude, though I'm afraid I wouldn't have a clue where to start locating things on a 206, should have just got her a 306, then we'd all know what we're doing.

I do a guide on where the heater resistor is on a 206 and how to change...usually it works on 4 though.
Fuse first.
Then check voltage is getting power.
The backlight on them is just a bulb. Mrs Piggys went recently.

I watched your guide piggy, but doesn't look like her heater resister is in the same place as yours, I looked for ages and couldn't see it.
What fuses do I check? As I can't seem to find a decent fuse board diagram online

Do this one have the electronic climate control?
If so guessing its multiplex'd?

not all of them are multiplexed
the wifes 206 has the climate control and not multiplexed, the wiring on hers is very much the same as the 306

Oh yeah, there is the GLX(?) model that had it?
Either way, if it is the electronic version, and the panel isn't lighting up its either a fuse to it or the panel has died.

That's good then, no electric!
I've taken another look and cannot find the heater resister anywhere inside the cabin where it's meant to be. Any ideas?
