Desperately trying to maintain my roland garros in good condition. It is automatic, and the plastic gear selector is starting to crack up. I need to source a replacement and need a guide as to how to replace it.HelpDoh

Guessing this is what you're after? Should be able to pick one up from a scrappy pretty cheaply.

If you're only after the shifter handle then you can take that off from inside car. Undo the screw and the handle should lift off. (watch out for the spring on the button)
If your changing the the whole thing then you need to drop the exhaust and any shielding, disconnect the the shifter assembly, then unbolt it from inside the car and drop it through the floor.
