Looking at selling my beloved Megane 230 R26 F1 team edition, in liquid yellow with factory black pack, in August of this year. Happy to sell earlier to the right buyer.
It's been looked after by myself (an enthusiast) for past 13 months. I've spent time and money ensuring this car stays at a fantastic standard including thorough detailing (happy to go into detail with this) regularly cleaned inside, bucket seat covers and never been driven hard when cold.
Important bits:
Currently on 70,876 miles, rising daily.
Cambelt etc. was done Feb 26th 2016 / 70,219 miles by head Renault technician, Isle of Wight.
MOT renews in May.
Full Renault service history, another stamp to be added in May.
Tonne of history and paperwork in chronological order.
Locking wheel nuts front and rear
Subtle modifications.
R26r spoiler in black
Double din appradio 2 installed, with iPhone 5 style connectivity (can be changed to take most modern devices)
Rear exhaust box removed and straight pipes installed.
BOV to atmosphere with Samco hose.
Extra 2 alloy wheels with semi slick tyres.
Rear powerflex bushes
2 extra/spare alloys with Nankang NS2R tyres on
Spare Yokohama Parada spec 2 tyre
20mm spacers on rear and wheel bolts to match
Factory standards
2L turbo F4RT engine
Limited slip differential (LSD)
'Black pack' with black wheels, interior panels (centre console and door pulls)
Liquid yellow pearlescent paint with factory standard F1 decals
Recaro bucket seats - i'll include seat covers as well
Bad bits
Small chip/Dent under drivers door. Previous owner assumed this was from a trolley?
Small protruding dent, approx 6cm long, on rear bumper above exhausts.
Usual age related pebble dash; this has been managed and treated regularly to prevent rust/lacquer peel etc.
Wheels could be refurbished - again, age related scuffs
I'm looking for £6695 Ono. The car will again have a full detail upon selling and xx months MOT dependent on date of sale. I can put a fresh ticket on by all means.
This is to gauge interest and give anyone the opportunity to save/sell/question etc.
