You can upload it as an attachment to the forum or upload to photo bucket and copy img code

As for that smoke.
No smoke no poke
That's how diesels generally work. The fuelling is matched to the pressure of the turbo when its on flow but anything up to that The turbo isn't matching the fuel. You have morea fuel so some comes out as smoke unburnt fuel

turn the fuel down or pump the boost up...

It's unburnt fuel as 4way said, so either burn it up or get rid of it Smile

Turn the fuel down or the turbo up. Or best is both

You will have to go back to standard to get no smoke. And will be much slower

Seriously, if its smoking like hell at anything over 2k then it isn't just overfueling, no way in hell! if it was tuned that badly it would smoke more below 2k than once the turbo is spooled up....................................................

Ummmmm.................maybe it could possibly be A BOOST LEAK

just incase you missed it the last 20 times, this is getting f*cking ridiculous now!

As per my last post Phill, if it was "massively overfueling then it would smoke more before 2k than after once the turbo is spooled up!

Again, if you still running a top mount intercooler ( a radiator looking thing on top of your engine) check the pipe going into that, if thats fine OR you have a boost gauge and running a steady boost, have a fiddle with the pump

READ THIS FOR PUMP INFORMATION AND DETAILS ON TURNING YOUR FUEL DOWN:

Yeah I know I'm just trying to figure this guy out
Maybe he doesn't just mat it from idle or something
I really don't know mark haha
My money is on a boost leak as per my first post but he still says its boosting 2 bar.I'm onlyguessing its on a standard turbo

Do you have a boost gauge fitted? What PSI/Bar are you hitting when flat out, (3rd/4th gear, uphill if poss)?

Agreed.

From the beginnig. What turbo/pump setup do you have? Is a boost gauge fitted, what is the reading? What mods have been done to it, if you dont know I would contact the seller/previous owner for more info as you really are a bit clueless at the mo.

Can I suggest reading the thread properly then...........the previous owner said it was "tuned to 2bar" also in the first post he said it was fine on the drive home, and now its smoking above 2k, 2 bar is also 30PSI, it isn't, wasn't and won't make that on a lucas IMO! Ruan only managed 29psi on an 11 Bosch so go figure!

Still think its overfueling? or maybe that is popped a boost hose off?
