Do I need a 6 gasket or can I keep the original ?

you should use a new gasket. theyre not very expensive.

You need a new gasket, think they are about £6 from Peugeot and you need the GTi6 one as IIRC the XS/XSi manifolds use rubber sealing rings not a gasket.

I've got a second manifold to sell (and a gasket actually) if your coming to the christmas meet, you could do both cars.
