Front Speakers
#1
Just put my stock ffront speakers back in as I never got round to wiring my aftermarket ones yet haha.

When I open the drivers door it crackles and goes off. Is this the stupid wiring loom between the car and door do you think?

Thanks Smile

Could be that, or could be a loose connection to the speaker itself

Yeah, as Matt says, double check the connection to the speaker, but IMO it sounds like the door loom to me by the description given. Wink

I have only just put them back in and made sure I proper pressed the cable in. And it's not that I drive with the door open haha Tongue it's that I don't know if it maybe shorting and might damaged my headunit :/

Head units just go into safe mode with shorting speakers....from experience. Stupid 306 door looms. lol

Haha, Well I am going to be running the speaker feeds through properly soon anyway. But tbf if anything else stops working I will create my own loom and have it just running into a drilled hole in the door haha.
