Rory - Cabriolet Meridian newbie
#1
After spending all of my driving years owning Toyotas, today, due to needing an emergency car I bought a 306 meridian cabriolet. I got it from what I think was a great price.

All standard apart from:

S/s exhaust
17" Peugeot alloys

Mot until april and new brakes2 months ago. 98k.

Now I know absolutely nothing at all about peugeot cars which is why I'm here. I don't know how long I'll own my 306 for but why not explore the scene.

lol, pic upside down ... lol.

but, what engine is in there? 1.8 or 2.0

i have the same color SE with a 2.0, and a beige leather interior. By far the most fun car ive owned in a long time, Yes she does have issues, like a non working roof, and a sticky tappet, but other than that she cruises so nicly, and floors it like its just s#=t the bed.........
i know for a fact, she keeps up with an RX8, neither of us could get away from each other, she is not the fastest car in the world, but by no means is she a slouch under throttle.

I bet she sounds nice with a full SS exhaust. I would love to get one, but first i would like to convert the manifolds to the GTi spec Smile then do the exhaust.

any way, welcome to the forum, these guys are the nutz when it comes to answering any questions you may have, they have helped me learn alot so far. and i still know nothing compared to some of these guys.

To the optimist, the glass is half full. To the pessimist, the glass is half empty. To the engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be!
