I have a set of alloys I am going to restore. Am I right in thinking I need to follow this procedure?
Sand, smooth out, filler and sand, etch primer, high build primer, flat, regular primer, paint, lacquer?
Thanks, Jack

Or just pay a reputable place to do them lol
it's definately worth considering depending on your costs to do them yourself

Depending where you shop, it can cost nearly £15/wheel for materials while you can get them done professionally for around £20/wheel.
Plus i have zero patience for restoring lol

Dont think I have ever heard of a place that will refurb a wheel for £15 each haha. Not somewhere that would do any level of quality

They won't do mine for that price and do a good job haha. They don't filler or anything just blast and powder coat haha. Covers nothing damage wise really
