I'm after a set of Hdi rods with shells etc ideally I'm also After a dturbo front bumper and grill in cherry red if possible and also a set of side skirts for 3 dr

I've got a set of rods, with shells but I don't think you want to reuse them. £40 posted.

Brilliant cheers aggy, would I not want to reuse the shells because they're very worn or just as a precautionary measure mate?

I seem to recall these are a bit worn, I can dig them out and get some pictures. Reusing shells from another engine is probably not recommended anyway, but I'm sure loads of people do.

I have reused shells before and has been fine.
