Quaife diff or similar wanted

After a front diff for my supercharged 6 if anyone's got one? Don't really need a plate diff as I rarely use the car for track more for fast road.

Nice to be able to use standard gear oil an fit and forget.

On a serious note, have you tried the '6 forum? Quaife pop up on there periodically.

Would I be corect in thinking that a Quaife would fit teh BE3 box on teh XUD if it were intended for teh 6 ?

yeh they very rarely pop up here. Much more likely to find them on the 6 forum.

Yes guys had a wanted thread on the 6 forum for a while. Got referred to a guy who supposedly wants to sell a used good condition one but wouldn't accept less than £550 for it..... I said JJC RACE on eBay are selling them for £655 delivered new with lifetime warrenty so offered £500 cash and he said he'll hold out for £550....

2 days later he posted on one of the FB Pages saying he was after £500 for it..... Cock.... Not gonna buy that out of principal.

If nothing comes up soon I'm just going to buy one new as otherwise I'll spend the money on something else or the mrs will get hold of it haha!

Annoyingly I know someone at quaife who always said if I want one he can get me one cheap with staff discount for £400-450ish that was a few years ago and now I actually want one he hasn't responded to messages

I've some prices. If I've understood correctly:

2-5 direct from Quaife is no cheaper than JJC.
6-9qty £621
10-19qty £552

Getting 10 names may be tricky though.

They may allow multiple people to place their order on the same day under a unique reference. If we get the interest, I can take it further and find out.

To much to think about lol I've had the car 7 years now I think. 2 engines one full rebuild, 2 head rebuilds, countless cam belts, refurbed powder coated axle, about 5 sets of wheels, 2 custom exhausts 3 types of front suspension, 3 types of lower arms, 3 different brake setups, Supercharger Kit, bigger intercooler setup, oil cooler, a million oil changes light Flywheel, clutch, crank pulley, Low comp pistons and rods, fuel pump swirl pot, remap,

I could go on for some time....
Easy 10-15k probably more

haha I had my old dturbo for around 7 years.

I might be close to yours, I am just building a 3 door dturbo with parts from my old car. I have had the same, 4 interiors, 6-7 types of alloys, four types of exterior bumpers, 3-4 different turbos, two standard engine including heads, £1500-2000ish on current suspension, plus the two cheaper ones before that. 4 brake setups, two re axels, intercooler, oil cooler, one paint job, one full wrap, one DIY paint job, CAT 1 alarm.

plus the forged con rods, Gt2256v turbo, paddle clutch, new head, injectors, plus all the other crap for engine rebuild. Still need a paint job, alarm, and now a Quaife Diff lol

Lol soon adds up doesn't it.... I didn't even go into the carbon bits interiors bucket seats frames harnesses tyres etc etc

Still need a diff and a cage..... Eventually respray as well
