Its still in bits at the moment. Got the last farty ass bits to do like finding somewhere to mount the horn. Refitting the battery and hoping the airbag dont explode! Etc etc!
I'm not sure what its of tbh. I got it from eBay. They're hand made to order in Germany!

This is what the cupra originally had! Huge difference.
Finished it all of this evening and went for a test drive. What a difference! Pulls like a train and makes 12psi. Should be making around 14 on a stock set up so I think Ive got a bit of a pressure drop due to the larger cooler.
Should see up to 20-24psi after my map! Its gonna be an animal!

Look great
What polisher have you got,did it once and burned the paint work on my rallye so never did it again.
Use autosol and your polisher on the covers will come up a treat

Thanks sam.
Ive got an autobrite da-21. Its really nice machine to use. Feel really confident with it and only used it once!
Just need to keep it moving and I have the machine set to about 4/5
I was using autosol but applying it by hand with a microfibre. Just needs a lot more elbow grease!

Been having problems with boost.
Got the car scanned. N75 short to ground.
Checked over the wiring and found the n249 valve had got hot and slightly melted. Chopped it out and fitted a 2watt 330 ohm resistor... Cleared the code started up and it came straight back on. Unplugged the n75, cleaned it up withgh some lek-clean and refitted it. Cleared the code, started up and straight back on again. Final choice was to unplug it and see if i got a different code. Nope, same one. Ordered one from Seat (£86 *******ing quid!!) That should turn up thursday, which gives me the evening to fit it and make sure that clears the fault. Otherwise it throws my stage 2 map with niki right out the window the following day!

So, 90 quid and the wrong valve (got sent a n249) we found out (after spending 3 hours stripping and inspecting loom) that a fuse had blown!
Que massive facepalms!! Military techies eh!!
Anyway. its now 2330 and im bouncing of the walls. GoPro is set up ready to roll, satnav is set up with the route. Fuel and maccies stop programmed into it!
Wish me luck!

Luckily it was only an hour away.
The car isnt getting mapped. I have a few problems with it at the moment....
Mainly a blowing manifold, i have ordered an uprated better flowing manifold and my TIP is no good. I thought the one i had was good but it isnt! So ive ordered a new one of them too...£450 later....
Also need some breather pipes as some of mine have collapsed.
While im at it im changing the fuel filter and replacing all the jubilees to hold the boost.
Niki couldnt have been anymore help and im glad i went to a proper tuner and not some big company who would have just been intrested in the insides of my wallet
I reckon i'll be at a stage to get the map booked in again in 3-5 weeks.

So after my disappointment with the remap fiasco...
Im having the car booked in for a forged engine build.
Rifle Drilleds Rods
Gaskets
Shells
Timing kit
Bearings
Piston rings and a re hone etc comes in at £1250.
R-tech hold the current ko4 record for 1.820vt's....
With a ported hotside to match the gen2 manifold that ive got theyve made 320bhp and just under 400lbs/ft.
Ill be very happy with that! Hopefully be dropping the car upto leeds in 3 weeks, the manifold is on a 2 week wait. Then in 6 weeks my car is booked in for the map again. 14th march.
Cant wait!

Dropping the car of monday for the rebuild. Cant wait!!
Have been polishing it for the last few days its coming up alright. Really want a carbon bonnet though! Mines shagged!

Some pictures from the last few months!
These 2 were the ending of the trip out to the evo triangle and Llanberis pass...
Video of the Llanberis pass... Excuse the misses urging as we experienced -G!
My Gen 2 manifold and Oversized Turbo intake pipe
Old vs new... Old is still bigger than stock! Such a restriction!
Liquid gauge... Such an epic bit of kit! Did a 0-60 run yesterday in 6.7secs... The gauge has got so many features
Blew one of the top boost hoses to smithereens in wales so they got replaced with forge items.. The one i exploded is the one running of the top of the polished charge pipe, the thinner of the two... the hoses only come in a pair so that was a shame!!
And after a quick 2 stage correction shes starting to look as good as she goes!
And the most recent photo!
