GI HDI twinpass fmic

Just gauging interest at the moment, my plans have changed and the car will be staying at stage 1.

Included in the sale would be the twinpass intercooler ( it is a perfect fit for a 306) this is used so does have a few marks and damaged fins but nothing major.
The upper inlet elbow from a 406 hdi later model so has the air doser on , it has been drliled and tapped for a boost gauge, and it was thoroughly cleaned in the parts washer.
A new paper gasket for the inlet elbow, and a egr blanking plate, just for the inlet end.
A brand new lower pipe i ordered in from Pug.
Brand new 41mm 90 degree with the long legs, ( one side will need trimming to the correct size) to connect the lower pipe to the turbo + clamps.
And a 57mm to 51mm 90 degree reducer to go from the lower pipe towards the intercooler.

And the selection of joiners and 51mm 90 degree and 45 degree hoses, and alloy hose joiners and a pack of 10 clamps the correct size.

There is everything here needed to fit, but some of the hoses will need trimming to the correct length.

This picture is for example only i borrowed it off google as this was the route i was taking, so saves messing about moving the throttle potentiometer. I havn't plumbed it in but have done a mock up and it will fit fine using this route, but as mentioned above the hoses will need trimming.




was looking for 200 quid but as said just gauging interest at the moment, would prefer collection from paignton Devon, could post but i don't think it will be cheap.
