Fitting a td04

Information 
Went to pugfest yesterday and bought a td04 just wanted to know how have people gone about the air filter and the pipe to the intercooler any tips and tricks on fitting a turbo to an xud would be a grate help to cheers in adavnce

For the air filter if you are determined to run one. Get some flexible piping and just run it round to the normal place

I'm pretty sure I used standard pipework for my top mount intercooler set up.

Mine came we turbo but ive been told that a good quality hose company will make you one by the looks of it the return on mine is just a rubber hose

Oil line can get made up at any decent hydraulic factors.

Incorrect. They just replace them when they brake and get on with it

Sorry to jump on this thread guys but would there be a demand for 'off the shelf' oil lines for TD04 turbos? The company i work for supply Goodridge hose and fittings so i'm sure I could get something made up.

No, I wouldn't say TD04's specifically, just all different turbos for the XUD9 oil feed fitment in general.

HX-XX's, TDXX's, GT2XXXS's, GT2XXXV's etc. You get the jist of it.

Ok. The lines are rebuild able and not swaged so it would just be a case of using a different fitting on the turbo end depending on which model is being fitted... food for thought.

i think someone on here was going do a bolt on kit (adaptor plates and lines) but nothing come of it.

if the price is right tho ThumbsUp

Td04s are M10x1 for ref... and block is m16x1.5
