Really??? A 307 is a wank car campared to the 306 in every aspect , handling , power , styling, built quality. So on so fortg
Looking into it the sport 307 uses the 2.0L 136bhp eninge also which just doesnt rev compared to the 306 gtu
I engine. And its also 1320kgs

For a drivers car, 306 gti any day. For something slightly more comfortable and refined with the odd toy extra, 307. Personally, id sacrifice the slight increase in comfort for a car that puts a smile on your face any day of the week!

Difficult choice..
On the one hand, you have a great car...
On the other...a awful sloppy pile of slow heavy crap.
Hmmmmm

Hahaha, have you got any more jokes?
The 307 is such a godawful car. Honestly, it's what people should be interested in buying after they are ready to move on from their 306. I doubt there's many people out there who have gone from 306 to 307 AND been satisfied with the steaming pile of shit on wheels Peugeot churned out. It got worse with the 308, which was even more f*ck-ugly. Cars for people who just don't really care about cars and have very poor eyesight!
The tables are turning; the new 308 is actually not bad but it still isn't as good compared to other cars in the same sector (Focus, Astra etc).
Basically, only get a 307 if it is a very, very cheap banger or free. And never use the words 'Sport' and 307 in the same sentence again
Disclaimer: The above is not to be taken to heart and is probably a joke, grow up you big girl.

Depends what you want it for?
As a family car, I can see the reasoning for a 307 (Having had one many moons ago when my son was a baby). But, for the class of car there is better out there.

The 307 was a pretty shit car to be fair, I wouldn't touch one with a bargepole.
Any car that features a 'Sport' as a trim package and not a performance model is clearly f*cking shit.

Hhahaha you must have known you'd get this response, it's a 306 forum!
That said, i'm inclined to agree, the 307 range is pretty mediocre at best. Besides, with the money you save on the purchase cost you'll have plenty to spend fixing any niggles and generally making the gti6 tip top.

Tbh they do have a few good points, the seats are nice, and they're better specced (but obviously none of it works being French) but against a decent '6, I just don't see any competition!
