I've noticed I have a leak where my filler neck joins to my fuel tank. How hard are they to change and how empty does the tank need to be? As Sod's law I filled up the whole tank with diesel as I wanted to have a play with tuning the pump (runs better on diesel then veg)

Its just two clamps and wiggle it off and back on
Tank has to be empty or at least a quarter full but jacked up on that side.
