Well I think you win.
We had a similar thread I started a while ago called 'show us your gaff' with extra points awarded if you could see your 306 in the picture.
At present I'm living with mum and dad so I'm not contributing! :p
Disclaimer: The above is not to be taken to heart and is probably a joke, grow up you big girl.

Think I might win this amongst those of us who live in the South East of England as I just look out over fields and trees, you can't see any other houses from any of the windows of my house although I do have a railway line pretty much running through my garden. Apologies for the terrible pics, camera phone and a house that is only 10ft deep. My parents house has views that are even better than Paddys.
So this is what I wake up to every morning
[attachment=17298]
View out the front door to my car park
[attachment=17299]
View from my sofa
[attachment=17301]
And the garden
[attachment=17300]
Oh and my parents house, This is the view from their first floor "balcony" (you could fit most of the floorplan of my house on that balcony)
[attachment=17302]
The view of their house from the hill opposite (its the second in from the left on the far side of the loch)
[attachment=17303]
And the view from just a few yards up behind their house, I believe the mountain in the distance is Ben Lomand

Gods own county! The view was a big selling point to this house for me. Loving the OP's view though.

No they have just retired* up there at the grand old age of 56. They had been looking at houses in that area for a couple of years and the bigger ones just don't sell as there is no jobs in the village, theres a couple of hotels a pub, a chip shop and 2 corner shops and thats it. Its too far from anywhere decent to commute really andthe public transport is shit and it is at risk of being cut off in the winter if the weather is really severe. Anyway they had seen the house initially advertised maybe 6 years ago now at 350-400k IIRC and it kept having the price dropped and dropped as it wasn't selling till about 3 years ago they decided f*ck it, clubbed in with some savings and a second mortgage (my parents were probably on £100k PA between them anyway so wasn't a hard decision) and so have just been sorting things out over the last 3 years and working out when they can afford to retire. Dads decision was made for him slightly as they tried to move him to a job he didn't want to do and after trying and failing to get out of it just said "fine, I told you I wasn't going to work there so here's my notice" Check f*cking Mate!
TBH its a bit of a shame to of lost him at work as hes one of only 2 people who will actually come and talk to my team as we have a habit of making people cry, were not nasty, we just call people out when they bullshit us and he never did that, he'd always tell us when he didn't know something. Although Its great not having my whole team scream "daddy" when he walks into a room.
Anyway their house is f*cking massive easily 2 or 3 times the size of their 1930s 4 bed semi in london. It's only 5 bedroom but the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a dressing room/walk in wardrobe and an office. 25ft x 10ft kitchen plus separate utility room. It genuinely is mahoosive. Oh and that balcony is about 25ft x 12ft.
*they haven't actually retired, dad is still technically on holiday from work for another week or 2 as he'd been saving up leave for years so he could go early but then will be on his work pension from the end of this month and mum is looking for some way of making a little money till they both hit state pension age and will be rather comfortable.
