dipstick length

right i'm now convinced i've got the wrong dipstick on my car, it's got a twist at the end, a black top which fit waaay more snugly than it should, and when i fill it up with oil to the 'supposed' level, it belches blue smoke out the exhaust, until it gets to the 'low' point, it also seems quite short,

so.. can someone with a 1.4 please measure their dipstick for me? from the top of the tube to the end, and where the fill level marks are?

My dipstick is about 5ft 4" and called bob

The whole dip stick from top to bottom measures in at 55cm.

From the top to the max line is 50cm

And from top to minimum line is about 53.8cm

Hope this helps mate I measured from the top of the yellow parts to the min and max lines
