Time has come for the tractor to finally get some lowerage!
But before we even attempt this i have a few questions;
How hard is it to swap over the front struts?
How hard is it to swap rear beams?
How long will it take?
Any help would be very much loved

Front struts aren't hard. His the drop links can be a pain.
Rear beam is ok but could do with a couple of people to help manoeuvre it under the car!

There will be a couple of us so might be ok for rear beam then.
And how hard is it to bleed the brakes?

+1 you will normally find that bolts are pretty seized on the front suspension components, especially if they have not been undone in a while!
With the rear beam, it helps to have a trolley jack to help move it around.
Bleeding the brakes isn't too much of a problem, the main issue is bad bleed nipples, make sure you look after these!

Yes, as long as you don't run into any hiccups along the way

Well, the struts will be coming off sams 1.4 which was lowered 40mm IIRC so however low it goes

All I will say is make sure you allow time for these hiccups because 9/10 times they will happen, Front struts are easy enough, Haven't swapped a beam before but can't be too hard =\

Depending on the condition of the rear beam, you may need a slide hammer to get the torsion bars out

alternatively, i can give you my mobile if you get desperate i'd suggest getting help for the rear beam as you're going to need new brake lines, bleeding, etc etc...
