well lads, my dad has bought one of these, as the jeep he had was f*cking silly for getting parts for and other bits and pieces!
he has these in the past, so he decided to revert back to a landy 90 200 turbo diesel
see if you can clock something with it!
so far my dad has added the front bull bar and spots, and the roof rack,
the spots front, top and rear, are all on separate switches.
these are a bit odd to drive, but I tell you, no fucker dare not have a pop etc! as these just keep going!
easy as f*ck to work on too, and the bits are endless!!!
cracking bit of kit mind!!
reason I called it terr, ( terrance the tractor) as its practically does the same as one!
let me know if you lot are interested in a project thread, after all its got a mechanical pump!

Cool number plate
Hope it has some proper good security on it, including that spare wheel as so many of these get stolen!

One of the lads at work has a series 2 called Larry. Its the 2.2 petrol that has about 50bhp, I cant bully him into putting a rover V8 in it.

the V8 ones are well powerful!! as you get the 100 inch hybrid jobbies!
I have tried to talk my dad into upping the fuel and boost! I might even ask him about running it on veg!

They are epic. My dad works on these daily. Strips them, rebuilds them, reshells etc they are so easy to work on, best bit is the fact no jack required to go under haha

I found the gearing was a bit funny, compared to the 306, as the gearstick is away from you, rather than closer to you, steering wise, I think its most easiest thing to steer,

Would love one of these but they have massive Landy tax. 1986 models go for about 3k

our terr has got a few upgrades,
he is getting there! and looking very hard!!
he has got a full blown headline now, and side windows, another seat, tinted windows, and new door seals, also a spare wheel alloy with new tyre. also a door trim too on the rear, as it was very bare!
we took him on his 1st ever run for the new metro, and the fella just trundled on like he was on rails.

That's a shame... werent there any real offroad vehicles around when he bought this? (landcruiser etc)
after he finishes fixing the problems with this he will be begging for parts for the jeep..
Given the choice between Niall and the sheep. I would choose the sheep!
