True the guys are good for technical stuff sometimes but it doesn't seem as friendly over there. I've always liked this 205 though its why my Mrs now has a turbo diesel xud7 one.

I did some more, straightened up the backbox sort of, the more level it goes the closer the pipe gets to the rear beam tube so i didnt want to go much higher than this...
Put my front wheel caps on, didnt realise it can be done by removing one bolt, didnt even have to jack up the car! Aaaaaand gave it a quick hoover, was full of mud/straw/general farm stuff. Off to buy a fuel filter now

What brakes are you getting? 266/283?

Im on 266's on the front and drums on the vack but the backs do nothing with the foot brake. Darren said they're just so worn out all the fiit brake effort is taking up slack. So im going to get drums and shoes i think. Just need to find some time to whip the drum off and check what braking system i have.

Video of what i got chance to record, not alot im afraid as was to busy / kept forgetting, but slight effort.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fXU7olF1uEg With regard to brakes, id whip the drums off first, see the condition of your shoes, im imagining they could be slogged right out, so get new set of shoes, then adjust tghem up, will explain how to do this to you tom on FB, and then save up and replace your front discs and pads, as there crap / cook instantly. Running de-filtered i guessing tom?

Yeah defiltered sounds amaze balls. Might well do a guide on rear shoes so everyone know how to do them properly!
But yeah just picked up a couple stubby oil filters so i can wire up the gauges later! Yipee but on the other hand I cant find a fuel filter for the life of me
